What does made-to-order mean?
In order to create less unwanted stuff in this cluttered world, all ordered earrings have yet to be made. This will take a maximum of five days; after which you’ll receive your tracking code.
How much does the shipping cost?
It doesn’t matter how far your earrings have to travel, the shipping costs are 5€. Shipping costs are free for all orders over 75€. If you are eligible for free shipping please select the "free shipping" option in the checkout process.
Was my order dispatched?
Orders are generally dispatched within five working day.
You will receive a shipping notification message that will notify you when your item is on the way. Please make sure your address is complete with a house number, street and post code and that it is the correct delivery address.

When can I expect my order?
Delivery time estimations:
- Germany: 3-5 work days
- European Union, Switzerland: 3-12 work days
- USA, Canada: 6-15 work days
- Australia, Japan: 6-20 work days
- Rest of the world: 6-20 work days
This is just an estimation and does not include weekends or holidays.
Is my order eligible for a return/exchange?
I hope you and your new purchases are very happy together. However, if it's not a match made in heaven, you may return or exchange them for either a refund or credit note within 15 days.
There’s a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that the return shipping costs are paid by the customer. No delivery costs will be returned.
Damaged item or wrong item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and solve it as soon as possible.
How can I pay?
The payment process can be finalized by credit & debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Maestro.
Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay and PayPal are also available.
Within Europe you can also pay through Sofort payments, Klarna payments, iDeal payments, EPS payments as well as Bancontact.
